Mount Aloysius College Convocation Center

The Athletics, Wellness and Convocation Center project, by the college’s words, created an anchor to the campus which would be used for future recruitment. The $23.5 million, 82,000 sq ft facility contains a full sized gymnasium, auxiliary gym, and state-of-the-art fitness center; along with offices for athletic programs, coaching and training staff.
Project components include:
- A combination of standard and custom storefront and curtain wall components to achieve the required loading
- Multiple custom glass radiuses featured
- Mapeshape dimensional panels by MAPES Architectural Panels were used on numerous elevations to create a shadow line effect
