Mansfield University Housing

This $36 million student housing project is one of the largest MAPG has completed to date. The project consists two, five story residence halls situated on the side of a mountain for the University, with approximately 640 beds each and 20,000 square feet of common space in the form of multi-purpose rooms, classrooms and other facilities.
With consideration of the severe weather conditions in this region and the overall height of the building, we took extra precautions in mitigating air and water infiltration.
Project components include:
- Frontset (3000T) storefront by Oldcastle Building Envelope, used exclusively for the completion of this project, which facilitated installation
- Total glass installed on this project: 12,700 sq ft
