The new two-level, 93,915 sq ft building serves as the center for CamTran operations, maintenance and administrative functions.
Project details:
- Main entrance curtain wall spanning over 30′ high and over 100′ long
- Installed over 11,000 sq ft of ACM panels
- Installed approximately 2000 sq ft of storefronts
The new facility replaces CamTran’s old facility, originally built in 1893, which was antiquated and inadequate for the regions transportation needs. Total construction cost was $17.5 million, which was $500,000 under budget.
